    I have heard that once you reach twenty minutes of a cardio workout you will be getting results, but anything below that is not really going to help much. What I do is jump rope for 10 minutes and then do burpees for another 10 minutes. This is a great way to get a nice workout every day.



    Yes thi is the minimum amout of time to get a good amout of exercise. It’s hard to see benefits from doing less than that.
