MariaPhotoLeadHypnotikadiet aims to help you to achieve the results you want by approaching your goals on a subconscious level, We bring our practice and training room to your home, while helping you to organize your meals and wise up about health and fitness with healthy nutritious menus, recipes and articles.
Our mission is to help you lose weight by breaking free of regimental diet schemes, self-doubt and all the other subconscious factors that make dieting more difficult than it has to be.

The Hypnotikadiet initiative results from the acknowledgement that:

Diets over the long term have a low rate of success, doing little for your health, and even less for your self-esteem.

People are not lazy, stupid or unwilling, . Moments of weakness arise because of the on-going battle between what we consciously aim for and what we subconsciously crave.

Our subconscious minds have learnt patterns of behaviour from the moment we are born and some dietary vices are created through innocent, well-meaning acts like a mother giving her child sweet treats as a reward, or taking her child to the fun fair, where candy floss and burger stands go hand in hand with fun and excitement.

To achieve permanent change we need tools to engage our unconscious mind in charge of automatic behaviours and increase our motivation.

We can achieve this by receiving help from a professionals or using a guided programme just like ours. Listening to just CD will just not be enough to obtain change; effective changes take commitment from client and practitioner alike.

We do not know enough about nutrition and the hypothetical ‘goodies’and ‘baddies’ in our food. There are many conflicting views about nutrition, and dieters need to be familiar with them so that they can make their own informed choices.

We don’t always have the time or the budget to join a gym. Sometimes we feel ashamed to join a gym if we are uncomfortable with our bodies. Also, while many of us would love to have a personal trainer, that option is also off-limits to some people. The power of modern technology means we can bring our trainers and clients together for an on-going programme no matter how far the physical distance might be, making guided home work-outs an option.

The need to assess our progress in order to celebrate our achievements. We all deserve a pat on the back when things are going well (and motivational advice if we feel we need it.)

We are all very different and sometimes we need a much more personalized approach. ask every single dieter to stick to the same path would be like expecting us all to have the same hairstyle, the same clothes, or the same car, it wouldn’t make sense. In view of this and to support those subscribers that need that extra help, we offer you the service of our independent experts to assist you in your journey.
